Luis did some work for me today. He is very efficient, does a great job, explains everything before he proceeds; offers very sound advise and his rates very reasonably. I will certainly use him as my go for any home repairs.		I'd been having issues with my toilet stopping and starting while refilling after flushing for several months. I thought I needed to replace my toilet or water pipes since it was so noisy after flushing. After calling Luis late one evening the Luis as the owner assured me he would come take a look the following day. He arrived as expected and was super courteous and eager to help. Turns out it was a faulty pump inside and only required a new pump and not a whole new toilet. He purchased and replaced the pump that same day and I've had no issues with it since then. Luis is an absolute gem of a contractor and I have hired him to complete two (and eventually three more!) bathrooms for me in the near future. Great company and super polite. Thank you Luis!! :)..

I and my husband needed a few things done in our apartment, Luis returned messages and phone calls promptly, he was punctual, he explained how he did the work, the workmanship was excellent, and did it under estimate. I am definitely telling all my friends who need work one on their place.		I'm met Luis through a friend last year and I hired him to renovate two bathrooms into one beautiful bathroom and did a fantastic job! He is meticulous with his work and makes sure its done to perfection. I've learned so much from him, he's shared many experiences with me and is very kind!! I've used him for several other projects in my home and will continue to use him because he is prompt, reliable and professional! I don't need to look any further! He is my "go to" guy!!

Luis is a great guy who does excellent work. His ability to do detailed work is amazing. He rebuilt a screened in porch for me that was an absolute mess and is now like new. He is always punctual, doesn't take a break, and his charges are very very reasonable. A hard worker who is as honest as it gets. Call Luis before you call anyone else.		Luis did a fantastic job even though I was on a super tight budget and made sure to explain exactly what had to be done. Definitely going to him if I need anything in the future!
